Uniform price throughout Europe: EUR 20.00, VAT included for shipments up to 4 kg.
Shipment up to 5 kg are sent through Eurobag service. Eurobag is a bag with meazurement 54 х 43 cm.
The price of Eurobag service for Romania is EUR 10.
Prices for Germany are not valid for islands Borkum, Juist, Norderney, Baltrum, Langeoog, Wangerooge, Nordfries, Inseln and Helgoland.
For mainland Greece are valid above-mentioned uniform prices. Do not make delivery to the Greek islands.
Uniform price directly to UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai) 28.00 EUR, VAT included for shipments up to 1kg. For shipments up to 5kg tariffs are set by the courier company (usually ARAMEX).

Delivery is made by a courier company to the address specified in the order or upon your registration.
The period for delivery of the order is on average 3 to 7 working days after receiving confirmation from the customer.
The period for delivery of the order to UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai) is on average 3 to 7 working days.
Orders from Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

Upon customer’s request, each product can be wrapped up as a gift as this service is completely free.
For each product purchased you get a warranty card which describes the warranty terms and conditions.
If the product you received is damaged or defective, you can claim by contacting us. For this purpose, you should return the goods with duly filled in information about the type of claim in the warranty card that accompanies each product.
If the claim is well founded, the claimed product is replaced with other of the same type. If product replacement cannot be provided, the amount paid by you shall be refunded.
If the claim is well founded, the cost of returning the product claimed and delivery of new one shall be borne by the trader.
Conditions for replacement/return
Customer may request return of the selected product or withdrawal from their order.
Purchased product can be replaced/returned within 7 working days of receipt.
The product should be returned in the form in which it is delivered (with a copy of the invoice and filled in return form) and upon the following conditions:
- not being used
- not having its labels removed
- its container is not impaired (shipment packing may be opened), stained or otherwise damaged.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer.
If the selected product is not available at that time, the order may be delayed. In this case the customer shall be notified promptly about the possible delay.
You can return your products by mail or by courier (cost of delivery of the new product are borne by TERGAN ®) or directly to stores in Bulgaria.
Costs of returning the products are at the expense of the Customer.
The value of the returned products is reimbursed by bank transfer.
The cost of delivery is not refundable.
